CardRescue是一個照片救援軟體，Mac OS X版本其目的是拯救刪除照片和電影，或照

片丟失或損壞的格式的數碼相機記憶卡

CardRescue is a photo recovery software. It recovers deleted
pictures from memory stick, SD card, Compact Flash card, xD
Picture card and various flash memory cards used by digital
camera. It also recovers lost photos from reformatted memory card,
or damaged memory card.

Most digital cameras do not completely wipe digital pictures from
the storage card when user deletes images, or uses the "Format"
operation, so it is possible for CardRescue software to rescue the
lost photos from the storage card. For corrupted memory card or
memory card error, CardRescue will try to access the memory card
in low level (raw mode), and bypass the original file system, so
in many cases, it is able to recover the lost photos from damaged
memory card.
