Flexible Tools For Demanding Measurement tasks
With the AICON 3D Studio an efficient Control Panel for various measurement
modules is available. Data from the different AICON measuring sensors such as
DPA-Pro, ProCam as well as data from other measuring systems can be recorded
and processed.
By integrating different measuring modules, the AICON 3D Studio becomes the
efficient Control Panel for various measuring instruments. The project
administration function allows an individual configuration of the measuring
process and calculation according to the measuring task. The complete process
can be followed up at any time. The integrated usage of different 3D measuring
sensors is possible. According to availability of measuring modules,
measurements can be combined, e.g. Laser Tracker with measurements performed
with the mobile 3D-Industrial Measuring System DPA-Pro with high-resolution
digital camera or with ProCam, the 3D measuring tip for mobile or stationary
use. The integration of further measuring systems is possible.
The AICON 3D Studio is the ideal evaluation software for co-ordinate measurement
as it offers a wide range of tools to produce a strong analysis based on
co-ordinate raw data.
Flexible transformations allow to transform data into any object co-ordinate
system. Changes in the object which were recorded in two or more measuring epochs
can be analyzed through the integrated deformation analysis.
Geometrical elements such as distances, planes, round shapes or cylinders can be
derived from the 3D-co-ordinates and further analysis regarding distances,
angularity, parallelism and other parameters can be added.
