PAM-CRASH? 是基於顯式有限元演算法的電腦三維碰撞衝擊仿真類比系統,能夠對大位移、
大旋轉、大應變、接觸碰撞等問題進行十分精確的模擬。主要有以下顯著特點:
1)能夠簡便地處理異常複雜的邊界約束;
2)支援多CPU平行計算(DMP和SMP),運算效率高;
3)三維圖形顯示屬性靈活控制,色彩多樣逼真;
4)靈活控制計算的時間步長;
5)動態分配記憶體,無須用戶設置;
6)自動消除初始穿透;
7)靈活搜尋接觸區間;
8)針對大變形材料可採用特有的Adaptive Mesh、Frozen Matric、Non-linear Contact Stiffness
等措施來保證求解的穩定性和精確性;
9)可設定材料的斷裂失效條件
10)簡便地定義焊點、鉚釘等約束及其斷裂條件
11)可設置阻尼以加快求解彈性接觸時的收斂

The new generation of ESI Group's leading crashworthiness simulation
software is an essential element of the crash and safety value chain. It
enables engineers to get rid of physical prototypes and focus their efforts
in creating, evaluating and managing virtual prototypes under realistic
conditions within changing regulations boundaries. PAM-CRASH 2G environment
facilitates model preparation and analysis while its leading edge solver
architecture offers a highly scalable parallel version. This parallel
version enables overnight computation and intensive calculation with
increased model size due to more detailed car body representation including
both trims and precise physical properties.
