Install Simpack with OLicense Server. When installing License Server, un-tick 'Run License Server' on finish screen. 2. If your server is already running, stop OLicenseServer service with Task Manager - Services - OLicenseServer - right click = Stop server 3. Replace olicenseserver.exe from _SolidSQUAD_\LicenseServer\Windows to the directory where olicenseserver.exe is installed (typically C:\Program Files\Optimum GmbH\OLicenseServer\ for 32-bit and C:\Program Files (x86)\Optimum GmbH\OLicenseServer\ for 64-bit OS) 4. Start OLicenseServer service with Task Manager - Services - OLicenseServer - right click = Start server 5. Open your web browser and navigate to "localhost:80" to open OLicenseServer control interface. On Import License activity, select SIMPACKAG_SSQ.olixml from _SolidSQUAD_ dir, press Import and wait a white screen with many "accepted" messages. Close web interface 6. Open Simpack, select Ignore on DSLS error prompt, go to "Extras - Licensing", select "OLicense" as License Type and "localhost:80" as your license server. 7. Enjoy! Install on Linux: 1. Install Simpack with OLicenseServer. When installing License Server, un-tick 'Run License Server' on finish screen. 2. As root, replace "/olicenseserver.lin" for either 32-bit or 64-bit from _SolidSQUAD_/LicenseServer/Linux to OLicense server installation directory 3. As root, execute "/olicenseserver.lin". The service will be installed and started. 4. Open your web browser and navigate to "localhost:80" to open OLicenseServer control interface.
